Description: In the bustling city of Hyderabad, where space is at a premium, one project stands out for its ingenuity and use of innovative materials. The residence at Yapral is a work in progress, but it promises to be a stunning example of modern architecture that respects its surroundings and serves the needs of its inhabitants.

The narrow site presented a unique challenge, as the house is surrounded by residences on all three sides and a road on the front. Our design team took on this challenge and created a space that is both inward-looking and spacious, with a double-height dining room that serves as the central focal point.

The use of Porotherm bricks, at the request of the client, was a wise choice considering the climate of Hyderabad. These bricks offer superior thermal insulation and soundproofing qualities, ensuring that the residence remains comfortable even during the hot summers and monsoons.

The facade of the residence has been kept simple to match the aspirations of the client, but it nonetheless promises to be an eye-catching addition to the neighborhood. More images are coming up, and we are excited to share the progress of this project with the world.

In a city where every square inch of space is valuable, the Yapral residence stands out for its innovative use of materials and its thoughtful design. We hope that it serves as an inspiration for other architects and designers to create spaces that not only meet the functional requirements of modern living but also respect the environment and the context in which they are built.
